City Park Guide
Welcome to Fairborn City Parks! The City of Fairborn has a special commitment to recreational areas. The Parks & Recreation Division maintains 837.73 acres of parkland consisting of 24 parks, including nature reserves, a historic home, and the Wright Brothers Huffman Prairie Bikeway. Discover the wonder of our parks.
Take time to learn what our parks have to offer: 19 shelters; a skate park; 9 softball diamonds (3 lighted), 2 lighted baseball diamonds; 13 basketball courts (4 lighted); 10 tennis courts (4 lighted); 11 soccer fields; 2 fishing areas (Community Park & Oakes Quarry Park); 2 sand volleyball courts; 4 pickleball courts; an amphitheater; disc golf course; dog park; fitness court; gaga-ball pit; sprayground; and a bandstand. If that's not enough, stroll on the paved walking path at Community Park, let the kids play to their hearts' content on one of our many playgrounds, or hike on a nature trail. Explore the heirloom gardens at the Mercer Smith House. The parks provide hours of free family entertainment and enjoyment. Visit a park today!
